Digital Media samples
Below I have highlighted some of my projects and skills obtained through my course work at Messiah University. Through my design classes, we utilized various computer programs and software, gaining a understanding of basic computer skills and digital communication.
ADOBE INDESIGN
For this assignment, I had to design an magazine spread. Not only did I create and execute the design of the cover and the inner spread, but I wrote all of the content and collected all of the pictures. This project was a good introduction to the basics of InDesign while allowing me to work on creating content for a target audience.

PHOTOSHOP
For this assignment, I was given creative freedom to create any sort of image we wanted as long as it conveyed a clear message. I decided to merge three photos together to create this picture about the current environmental concerns and the potential future outcomes.

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
Logo - This is a rebrand logo that I created in Illustrator for Warby Parker. I had to develop a target audience and consider how different design elements (typography, color, images) would contribute to our overall design. The company specializes in eyeglasses, so I wanted that to be a focal point of my design. I also wanted to create a logo that upheld the company's clean yet unique products.
Infographic - I used Illustrator to create this infographic about coffee and tea. I wanted it to be informative, rather than persuasive, and help viewers compare the two beverages. This was one of my more challenging projects because it required research and the creation of numerous design elements. Although I did use some vector images to help convey my message, I tried to develop most of the poster using different application tools.
Infographic - For this fictional infographic, I used Piktochart to create an informative piece for Crayola. I chose parents and educators as my intended audience with the intention of digital distribution. I decided to present a guide to assist with removing stains from various surfaces created by common Crayola products.
